Josh, Tyler, and I headed down to the Whiteshell on Saturday, and hiked one of my all-time favourite trails - The Hunt Lake Trail. It was the absolute perfect time of year - a mix of snow dusted ravines & the usual Canadian Shield that I'm familiar with. It was truly a surreal hike. We made a fire on a Peninsula toward the end of the trail, and enjoyed hot dogs to the tune of a marvelous sunset. We proceeded to hike the two hours back in near complete darkness - only losing the trail three or four times.
